What I did
- Planned workshops and interviews with leadership in restaurants operations to collect, research, organize, and write the company's first restaurant landing page that would resonate with potential joiners
- Define the three key value propositions for restaurants on Deliveroo (in about a week) because there was no restaurant marketing team at the time
- Decide on a structure for the information and work with my visual design partner on wireframes and eventually high fidelity designs
My approach was to give those who were already sold a fast, easy way to sign up. The information then gets progressively more detailed, as those who need the "hardest sell" would be the most likely to take the time to read through what we have to offer. The live page has been rewritten, but here is a snapshot of the page when we released it.
