As interim content team lead, I was asked by our VP of experience to audit the messaging in the consumer app during a live order. I presented back to the CEO. I can share more about my process if you're interested. This was an independent project, but I had the help of my lovely teammates in engineering, product design, product management, and research.
What I did
- Work with engineers and volunteers on my team to generate all live order screens
- Create a usable visual presentation of a variety of live order experiences
- Analyze and collect audit themes to present
- Focus in on key problem areas and propose quick wins and long term design, content, and technical solutions (gathered input from product, engineering, and design before making recommendations)
- Present recommendations to CEO, CTO, CPO, Head of consumer product, and Product management leads
This work continues to feed into the consumer team's product roadmap.
