What I did

I was the first content designer on the restaurant team, so we had to learn to work with each other on a project that was special to the engineers
Co-design and write a developer portal for the first and future open source code created by Deliveroo engineers while solving for the immediate commercial need
Develop IA for API documentation
Write documentation based on developer notes, incorporate their feedback
Make complex technical language simple and human for non-technical users
Co-design and write marketing-style landing page and sign up flow
Co-design and write for for a logged in and non-logged in audience
Convince the (reluctant) team to use strings rather than hard-coding content to prepare for scaling internationally in the future
Set up a new CMS for our first public facing API documentation
